Purpose‑Built Talkback Mic with Silent Push‑to‑Talk

The V7 PTT adapts the acclaimed V7 handheld mic into a talkback tool with a silent, non-locking Push‑To‑Talk switch—ideal for live sound engineers or on-stage tech communication. The button operates almost noiselessly, preventing disruptive clicks in in-ear monitors, wedges, or PA systems, and ensures mics aren’t accidentally left open on stage.

Professional Sound, Feedback-Resistant Design

Inside, it retains the V7’s custom-developed dynamic capsule with an aluminum voice coil, mounted in a supercardioid (often called hypercardioid) pattern. This delivers crisp, open sound with excellent isolation and impressive gain-before-feedback—even in loud live settings or untreated rooms. The mic features neodymium magnets, a built-in windscreen, and a patented integrated shockmount for minimal handling noise and consistent performance.

Road‑Ready Build & Practical Accessories

Encased in durable all‑metal zinc alloy, capped by a spring-steel, dent-resistant grille with a beveled edge that prevents rolling, the V7 PTT is built for touring life. Its gold‑plated XLR connector ensures reliable, low-noise connections. At ~307 g and around 18.4 cm long, it ships with a mic clip, thread adapters, locking nuts, a zipper pouch, and an extra internal windscreen (black)—ready for action out of the case.
