Description

The sE8 omni boasts inherently low self-noise for meeting the demands of high-resolution digital recording. It also accommodates a max SPL high enough to handle drums, and a dynamic range large enough to record triple-piano to triple-forte velocities accurately. Signal quality can be optimized via onboard switches for the pad and low-cut filter, each equipped with two settings other than flat. To enhance durability—and to reject electrical interference and noise—the sE8 omni utilizes an all-metal chassis. The gold-plated XLR output connector ensures signal reliability for a long time to come.
